Customers can request custom-made jewelry by providing their own design or by letting our team create one exclusively for them — free of charge.

The minimum production time for express orders is 1 week while standard production takes approximately 4-6 weeks depending on the type of jewelry — whether it’s a ring, necklace, or earrings.

Over time, the rhodium plating on your diamond or gold ring may gradually fade with regular wear, causing the metal to appear slightly dull. We recommend re-coating or polishing every 6 to 12 months, depending on usage, to maintain its original shine and brilliance.

แนะนำให้แช่ในน้ำอุ่นผสมน้ำยาล้างจานอ่อน ๆ ประมาณ 5–10 หยด แล้วใช้แปรงขนนุ่มค่อย ๆ แปรงบริเวณเพชรและตัวเรือนอย่างเบามือ จากนั้นล้างด้วยน้ำสะอาดและเช็ดให้แห้งด้วยผ้านุ่มหรือผ้า Cotton เพื่อคืนความเงางามให้เหมือนใหม่

เนื่องจากมุกเป็นวัสดุธรรมชาติ ควรหลีกเลี่ยงการสัมผัสน้ำหอม โลชั่น และสารเคมีต่าง ๆ หลังการใช้งานควรเช็ดด้วยผ้านุ่มทันที เพื่อคงความเงางามของมุกไว้เสมอ

For diamond or gold jewelry

Soak your jewelry in warm water with a few drops of mild dish soap for 5–10 minutes. Gently brush with a soft toothbrush, rinse thoroughly with clean water, and dry with a soft cotton cloth to restore its shine.

For gemstone jewelry

Avoid using ammonia or harsh cleaning chemicals as they may cause dullness or damage. Simply wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth to keep it looking beautiful.

For pearl jewelry

Pearls are delicate and organic. Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, or chemicals. After wearing, gently wipe them with a soft cloth to preserve their natural luster.

In-store cleaning service

You may also bring your jewelry to any S.Diamond boutique for a complimentary professional cleaning. The process usually takes around 10–15 minutes.

Round brilliant diamonds from 0.18 carats and above come with an official GIA certificate.

Fancy-shaped diamonds from 0.30 carats and above are also accompanied by a GIA report.

For jewelry featuring smaller diamonds below 0.18 carats, each piece includes an official S.Diamond Certificate guaranteeing authenticity and superior craftsmanship.
